PCSP is a PSP emulator for Windows written in C++. It could run some homebrew, but development never got far enough for it to run commercial games.

Development has stopped. An attempt to rewrite it as a new project, PSPE4All, never got off the ground, and no release was ever made.

To play commercial PSP games, use an emulator such as PPSSPP instead.
