Holy Hell

Holy Hell is one of the best homebrew GBA Games around. It was the developers first original game, and it is an excellent fully developed game at that. The developer personally describes it as a “A manic shootemupuzzler”. Holly is proof that game creation that is free of the requirement of having to have commercial success is a perfect environment for game creation to truly thrive with innovation.

It is inspired by mr driller, magical drop and ikaruga. It even goes as far as to borrow the chaining scoring system that was used in the game Radiant Silvergun.

This game is challenging, addictive, and incredibly charming.
