What you need: PCSX2 and your own copy of the PS2 game. The textures are made for the PAL release (SLES-53155) and also work with the US release (SLUS-21143).

The128ReBits' pack is a full HD texture remaster of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith for PCSX2. It replaces thousands of the game's textures, from characters, clothing, droids and weapons to ships, walls, floors, effects and the interface, and covers the whole game.

AI upscaling was only the starting point. Each texture was then compared with the original, corrected or redone by hand and tested in game, and some sharper results were dropped because they no longer looked like Revenge of the Sith. The aim is a cleaner, more detailed picture that keeps the original colours, atmosphere and art direction.

Only textures are replaced: the game's models, audio and gameplay are untouched, and the game itself is not included. The pack is laid out for the PAL release and works with the US release once its folder is renamed to that serial. Other regional versions can differ, so a few textures may not match on them.

## How to set it up

1. In PCSX2, right-click the game and open **Properties** to see its serial, such as `SLES-53155` (PAL) or `SLUS-21143` (USA).
2. Extract the download into PCSX2's `textures` folder (**Tools > Open Data Directory**), so you end up with a `textures/SLES-53155/replacements/` folder. For another release, rename only the `SLES-53155` folder to that game's serial.
3. Open **Settings > Graphics > Texture Replacement** and tick **Load Textures**, then restart the game or reload the textures.
