Um Jammer Lammy Recompiled

What you need: Um Jammer Lammy (Europe, SCES-01753) as a Redump-style cue/bin disc image, dumped from your own disc.

Um Jammer Lammy Recompiled is a native port of Um Jammer Lammy for Windows, made by static recompilation with PSXRecomp. The download is a build kit: it generates the game code from your disc and compiles it on your PC, which can take several minutes.

It has lower audio latency for better rhythm timing, improved CD-XA audio, controller and WASD support, an optional 16:9 3D view, CRT display presets and an option that fades the retry-screen audio.

It is a playtest pre-release. The first stage, menus and controllers have been tested, but the author does not claim the game can be finished. The download contains no game data. It needs Um Jammer Lammy (Europe), dumped from your own disc.

How to set it up

1. Download the Windows playtest zip and extract the whole zip to a writable folder outside Program Files.
2. Run UmJammerLammy_Recompiled.exe and select your European .cue file.
3. Choose Generate & rebuild. The setup can download the CMake, Ninja and Clang tools it needs, and the build can take several minutes.
4. Run UmJammerLammy_Recompiled.exe again once the build has finished.
