Tony Hawk's Pro Skater

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater is a skateboarding game developed by Neversoft and published by Activision for the PlayStation in 1999 (released in Europe as Tony Hawk’s Skateboarding). Players pick one of ten professional skaters and link tricks on ramps, rails and gaps to build scores.

The career mode gives two minutes per run to meet goals such as score targets, collecting the letters S-K-A-T-E and finding a hidden tape. Its quick pace and punk and hip-hop soundtrack made it one of the best-selling games of the era.
