Suikoden II
Suikoden II is a role-playing game developed and published by Konami for the PlayStation, released in Japan in 1998 and in North America in 1999. Riou and his childhood friend Jowy survive a massacre of their youth brigade and end up on opposite sides of a war between the Highland Kingdom and the City-States of Jowston.
As in the first game, the hero recruits 108 Stars of Destiny and builds a castle headquarters, with strategic army battles alongside turn-based combat. Data from a saved Suikoden game can be carried over.
A PSXRecomp build kit by Alexbeav compiles a native version of Suikoden II for Windows, Linux and macOS from your own disc.
