Project Horned Owl
Project Horned Owl is an on-rails shooter published by Sony Computer Entertainment, released in Japan in 1995 and in North America in 1996. The characters were designed by Masamune Shirow, the creator of Ghost in the Shell.
The player is part of a police unit that fights terrorist robots and mechs in a near-future city, aiming with a light gun or controller. It is remembered for its anime style and support for light guns on the PlayStation.
Project Horned Owl has a native PC port made by static recompilation.
