The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD is a remake of the 2002 GameCube game, developed by Nintendo EAD and released for the Wii U in 2013. Link sets out across the Great Sea to rescue his sister, sailing between islands with the King of Red Lions and conducting the wind with the Wind Waker.

The remake redraws the cel-shaded graphics in high definition with new lighting, and puts the map and items on the Wii U GamePad. It adds the Swift Sail for faster sailing, shortens the Triforce quest, and offers a harder Hero Mode from the start.

A native PC port made by static recompilation of the US Wii U release runs it on Windows, Linux and macOS.
