Mario Strikers Charged
Mario Strikers Charged is a sports game developed by Next Level Games and published by Nintendo for the Wii in 2007, released in Europe as Mario Strikers Charged Football. It follows Super Mario Strikers on the GameCube.
Matches are four-on-four plus a goalkeeper, with almost no rules: players tackle freely, use items and charge Mega Strikes, which fire up to six balls at once while the goalkeeper fends them off with the Wii Remote. Captains such as Mario, Bowser and Waluigi each have their own Skillshot, and the Road to the Striker Cup leads through the cup tournaments.
A native PC port built from the decompilation of the game is available.
