Super Mario World
Super Mario World is a platform game developed and published by Nintendo, released with the Super Famicom in Japan in 1990 and with the Super NES in North America in 1991. Mario and Luigi travel across Dinosaur Land to rescue Princess Peach from Bowser and his Koopalings.
It introduced Yoshi, whom Mario can ride, along with the Cape Feather, a world map with secret exits and the hidden Star Road and Special World. It is one of the best-selling SNES games.
Native PC ports exist in two forms: smw, a C reimplementation from the snesrev team, and a static recompilation by mstan.
