EarthBound Native
What you need: A ROM of EarthBound (USA), dumped from your own cartridge.
EarthBound Native is a native port of EarthBound for Windows, macOS and Linux. It is a packaged build of BrianPugh’s C reimplementation of the game, which was written from ebsrc, a byte-perfect disassembly of the SNES ROM, and is described upstream as fully playable.
This build adds an optional Modern mode with widescreen and light visual polish next to a Classic 4:3 mode, saving anywhere from the pause menu, MSU-1 music packs, other quality-of-life settings and a built-in updater that checks for new versions from the title screen.
The first launch builds the data the game needs from your ROM, usually in under a minute. The download contains no game data. It needs EarthBound (USA), dumped from your own cartridge.
How to set it up
