Bubble Bobble
Bubble Bobble is a platform game created by Taito, first released in arcades in 1986; Taito published the NES version in North America in 1988. The bubble dragons Bub and Bob blow bubbles to trap enemies and pop them, clearing 100 single-screen levels to rescue their girlfriends.
Two players can play at the same time, and the full ending is only seen by finishing the game together.
A native PC port exists: a fully static recompilation by Junior-Jones.
