GoldenEye 007
GoldenEye 007 is a first-person shooter developed by Rare and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64 in 1997. Based on the 1995 film GoldenEye, it follows James Bond through 18 missions, plus two bonus missions, from the Arkhangelsk dam to the antenna cradle in Cuba.
Missions have objectives that grow with the difficulty level, and stealth, gadgets and precise aiming at the body parts of enemies all matter. Its four-player split-screen deathmatch was one of the most played multiplayer modes of its time.
A native PC port built from the decompilation plays the original game at 60 frames per second with widescreen and mouse aiming.
