Extreme-G: Recompiled is a native PC port of Extreme-G, Probe Entertainment's futuristic motorbike racer, made with N64: Recompiled and the RT64 renderer.

It supports widescreen and ultrawide, high resolutions and much higher frame rates than the original.

The download contains no game data. It asks for a ROM dumped from your own copy of the game.

## How to set it up

1. Extract the whole archive to a folder you can write to.
2. Run `ExtremeGRecompiled`.
3. In the main menu, select your ROM of the US 1.0 version. Files in other formats than `.z64` are converted automatically if they are the right ROM.
4. On Steam Deck, extract the Linux build, then in Desktop Mode right-click the `ExtremeGRecompiled` executable and choose "Add to Steam".
