What you need: A ROM of Extreme-G dumped from your own copy of the game. See the project's own page for the versions it supports.

Extreme-G: Recompiled is a native PC port of Extreme-G, Probe Entertainment’s futuristic motorbike racer, made with N64: Recompiled and the RT64 renderer.

It supports widescreen and ultrawide, high resolutions and much higher frame rates than the original.

The download contains no game data. It asks for a ROM dumped from your own copy of the game.
