Boycott Advance is a free and portable GBA emulator that was ported to several systems, including Windows and Linux.

It runs both commercial games and homebrew, although its accuracy falls well short of modern emulators. Performance is not a concern, as it was developed for much older Pentium-era PCs.

Sound support arrived late: Boycott Advance could not emulate sound until after version 0.2.1.

Development stopped many years ago, and the emulator has long been surpassed by others such as mGBA and VBA-M. It is mainly of interest as a piece of GBA emulation history.
