ChaotixSoda's Super Monkey Ball Texture Pack

ChaotixSoda’s pack runs every texture in Super Monkey Ball through AI restoration and upscaling. It sharpens the original art without changing its style, and a few textures are swapped for better versions taken from other Super Monkey Ball games.

The first release came out in 2021 for the series’ 20th anniversary. Version 2.0 uses newer and more advanced upscaling models, which give cleaner, more accurate detail while keeping the early 2000s GameCube look.

How to set it up

1. In Dolphin, open File > Open User Folder, then go into Load/Textures/.
2. Extract the download there, so you end up with a Load/Textures/GMB/ folder.
3. Open Graphics > Advanced and tick Load Custom Textures. Ticking Prefetch Custom Textures too stops stutter, if you have the RAM for it.
