SoulCalibur II
SoulCalibur II is a 3D fighting game developed by Namco. It came out in arcades in 2002 and on the GameCube, PlayStation 2 and Xbox in 2003. Each console version had its own guest character, and the GameCube one had Link from The Legend of Zelda.
Fighters armed with swords, staves and other weapons battle over the cursed sword Soul Edge, using eight-way movement to step around attacks. Beside the arcade and versus modes it has Weapon Master, a long single-player mode with missions and unlockable weapons. It is often ranked among the best fighting games of its generation.
Native ports: Ring Out, a static recompilation for Windows and Linux that builds the game from your own disc.
