WetRecomp
What you need: The extracted disc contents of WET for Xbox 360 (title ID 425307DB), from a disc image dumped from your own disc.
WetRecomp is a native port of the Xbox 360 version of WET for Windows and Linux, made by static recompilation with ReXGlue. It draws with Direct3D 12 or Vulkan through the ReXGlue runtime.
The author describes it as fully playable, with video, audio, gameplay, achievements and progression working. Rendering and input options are kept in two settings files next to the executable. It is one of two WET ports; wet-recomp by Supermedo adds a launcher and mouse and keyboard controls but is Windows only.
The download contains no game data. It needs WET for Xbox 360, extracted from your own disc.
