Overview
DLC SupportRebindable Controls
rexglue-SoulCaliburIV is a native port of the Xbox 360 version of SoulCalibur IV for Windows, made by static recompilation with a modified version of ReXGlue.
It supports downloadable characters and equipment, has re-mappable keyboard controls, can skip the intro logos, and toggles borderless full screen with Alt+Enter and takes screenshots with F12. It is built for x86-64-v2 processors, so older CPUs work. The author calls it early development.
The author says AI tools were used heavily in making it. The download contains no game data. It needs SoulCalibur IV for Xbox 360 and its second title update, from your own disc and console.
How to Set It Up
- Download
SCIV-Recomp.zipand extract it anywhere. - Extract all the files from your SoulCalibur IV disc into the same folder.
- Copy the title update package from your Xbox 360, extract it (for example with wxPirs) into the same folder, and apply it with
xextool -p default.xexp default.xex. - Run
sciv.exe. DLC goes in its own subfolder ofDLC; options are in the INI file created on the first run.
