Re-Cherry

What you need: The extracted disc contents of Lollipop Chainsaw for Xbox 360, including `default.xex`, from a disc image dumped from your own disc.

Re-Cherry is a native port of the Xbox 360 version of Lollipop Chainsaw for Windows, made by static recompilation with ReXGlue. The game runs as a single Windows executable next to your extracted game files.

There is one release so far, from April 2026, and no launcher yet: the game files are placed by hand. The author lists screen tearing as the current known issue and asks for crash reports; earlier crashes have been fixed.

The download contains no game data. It needs Lollipop Chainsaw for Xbox 360, extracted from your own disc, including default.xex.

How to set it up

1. Download re_cherry-windows-x64.exe and put it in a folder of its own.
2. Extract the contents of your disc image with an Xbox 360 ISO extraction tool, including default.xex.
3. Make an assets folder next to the executable and put the extracted files in it, so that assets\default.xex and the game’s data folder are there.
4. Run re_cherry-windows-x64.exe.
