DBZ Budokai HD Recompiled

What you need: Dragon Ball Z: Budokai HD Collection for Xbox 360, with the game files extracted from your own disc.

DBZ Budokai HD Recompiled is a native Windows port of Dragon Ball Z: Budokai, the first game in the Xbox 360 Budokai HD Collection, made by static recompilation with ReXGlue.

It is an early release (version 0.0.2) that comes as a single executable, and the project’s README covers only building it. There is no launcher: the game folder is passed on the command line.

For a fuller port of Budokai 3 from the same collection, see DBZ Budokai 3 HD Collection. The download contains no game data. It needs Dragon Ball Z: Budokai HD Collection for Xbox 360, extracted from your own disc.

How to set it up

1. Download dbz1.exe.
2. Extract the game files from your own disc into a folder, for example assets.
3. Run dbz1.exe with the path to that folder as its first argument, from a command prompt or a shortcut.
