Overview
Deadly Premonition Recompilation is a native port of the Xbox 360 version of Deadly Premonition for Windows, made by static recompilation with the ReXGlue SDK by the Little Bit team. The zip holds builds for both the European and the USA disc, and the launcher picks the right one.
It runs at 60 FPS with cutscenes kept in sync, adds mouse look that drives the game’s own camera, keyboard and PlayStation button prompts, 2x supersampling with FSR 3 and FXAA, local achievements, texture modding, and a launcher with a first-run ISO installer and one-click updates. A native Direct3D 12 renderer is available as a preview.
Releases come out often. The author says AI tools were used heavily in making it. The download contains no game data. It needs Deadly Premonition for Xbox 360 (Europe or USA), dumped from your own disc.
How to Set It Up
- Download the zip and extract it anywhere outside Program Files.
- Run
PlayDeadlyPremonition.exeand let its installer extract your ISO intoassets, or copy the extracted disc so thatdefault.xexis atassets\default.xex. - Press Play. The first launch compiles shaders for about a minute.
- The launcher shows an update banner when a new version is out; saves live in
userdata.
