Deadly Premonition
Deadly Premonition is an open-world survival horror game developed by Access Games, directed by Hidetaka ‘Swery’ Suehiro, and released for the Xbox 360 in 2010. It follows FBI special agent Francis York Morgan, who comes to the small American town of Greenvale to investigate the murder of a young woman.
York drives around the town on a day and night cycle, talks with its eccentric residents and fights through Otherworld sections during the investigation. The game’s rough edges and strange, sincere tone divided critics and made it a cult classic, and it was later re-released as a Director’s Cut.
A native PC port of the Xbox 360 version, made by static recompilation, runs on Windows.
