Daytona USA

Daytona USA is a racing game developed by Sega AM2 for the Sega Model 2 arcade board, released in 1994. Sega released a port of the arcade original on Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network in 2011, running in high definition with online races and new modes.

Players race stock cars on three courses, from the beginner oval of Three Seven Speedway to the Seaside Street Galaxy and Dinosaur Canyon, with Takenobu Mitsuyoshi’s sung soundtrack. The 2011 version added Karaoke, Challenge and Survival modes.

A native port of the Xbox 360 version, made by static recompilation, runs on Windows and Linux.
