re:Blue
What you need: All three discs of Blue Dragon (Global US/EU release) as disc images, dumped from your own copy.
re:Blue is a native port of the Xbox 360 role-playing game Blue Dragon for Windows and Linux (x86-64 and ARM64), made by static recompilation with the ReXGlue SDK.
It supports resolutions up to 4K, several aspect ratios including 21:9 and 32:9, MSAA and SSAA, an unlocked frame rate and a field-of-view slider, and adds quality-of-life options such as saving from the camp menu, a full area map with markers for hidden items, full keyboard and mouse support, a built-in mod manager and the official DLC.
The team publishes stable releases (1.2.1 is mirrored here) and daily nightly builds. The download contains no game data. It needs all three discs of Blue Dragon (Global US/EU release), dumped from your own copy; Asian and Japanese discs are not supported yet.
How to set it up
- Download the Windows zip, or the Linux AppImage for x86-64 or ARM64 (Steam Deck is supported).
- Extract the zip and run
reblue.exe, or make the AppImage executable and run it. - The setup wizard asks for each of the three disc images in turn and checks them, then copies itself to the folder you choose.
- Pick a graphics preset and let the wizard copy the game files. Launching with
--repairreopens it later if files go missing.
