Banjo-Tooie is a 3D platformer developed by Rare, first released for the Nintendo 64 in 2000 as the sequel to Banjo-Kazooie. The Xbox Live Arcade version by 4J Studios came out on the Xbox 360 in 2009 with high-definition visuals and a smoother frame rate.

Gruntilda returns with her sisters and drains the life from Bottles, and Banjo and Kazooie head to the Isle o' Hags. The worlds are larger and connected to each other, and the pair can split up to use their own abilities.
