What you need: The data of Theme Hospital, from the original CD or the GOG or EA release. The demo's files also work.

CorsixTH is an open-source re-implementation of Theme Hospital, Bullfrog Productions' 1997 hospital management game. It faithfully recreates the original with its graphics, sounds and videos from the player's own copy, and the full single-player campaign can be completed.

Every disease, room, object and event of the original is there, from emergencies and epidemics to earthquakes and VIP visits. CorsixTH adds Full HD and 4K resolutions, zoom, interface scaling, subtitles, more than 20 languages, unlimited saves, a map and level editor, custom campaigns, the option to build while paused and improved game logic.

## How to set it up

1. Download the Windows zip, the macOS disk image or the Linux AppImage.
2. Start CorsixTH and point it at your Theme Hospital folder (the one containing `HOSPITAL.EXE` and the `DATA` folder).
3. Choose your resolution and language in the settings and start a new game.
