Overview

MultiplayerBotsWidescreenBug Fixes

OpenMoHAA preserves and improves Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, the 2002 Second World War shooter by 2015, Inc., along with its Spearhead and Breakthrough expansions. Built on ioquake3 and Ritual’s F.A.K.K. SDK, it is fully compatible with the original game’s assets, scripts and multiplayer servers.

It runs natively on Windows, macOS and Linux across many processor types, plays both the single-player campaigns and multiplayer, includes all fixes from Spearhead 2.15 and Breakthrough 2.40b, and adds more fixes and features such as bots and a ban system for servers.

The project has not reached version 1.0 yet, so things can still change.

How to Set It Up

  1. Download the zip or installer for your system.
  2. Extract OpenMoHAA into your Medal of Honor: Allied Assault folder (the one with the main folder), or follow its install guide to point it at the game.
  3. Run openmohaa. The install guide explains how to start Spearhead and Breakthrough.
