About the Game
Cannon Fodder was developed by Sensible Software and published by Virgin Interactive in 1993 for the Amiga, MS-DOS and other systems. Players steer a small squad of soldiers through jungle, desert, arctic and other missions, using the mouse to move and shoot and grenades and rockets against buildings and vehicles.
Its black humour, from a hill of graves for fallen recruits to the song in its intro, made it as memorable as its gameplay. Cannon Fodder 2 followed in 1994.
