- Developer: The Bitmap Brothers

Xenon 2: Megablast is a vertical shooter through five levels of organic, fossil-filled worlds. You buy weapons and upgrades from Colin the trader between levels, and fight huge bosses at the end of each.

The Bitmap Brothers made it in 1989, with a version of Bomb the Bass's Megablast as its theme. This is the 1990 PC version. It is still sold today.

## How to set it up

1. Install [DOSBox Staging](/microsoft/ms-dos/emulator/dosboxstaging/) or another DOS emulator.
2. Unzip the download into a folder of its own.
3. Start DOSBox Staging and type `mount c "<folder>\xen2"`, where `<folder>` is where you unzipped the download, then `c:`.
4. Type `XENON2.EXE` to start the game.
