DND is a text-mode role-playing game inspired by Dungeons and Dragons. You create a fighter, cleric or magic user and explore dungeons of many levels, fighting monsters, casting spells and gathering gold to advance in level.

R.O. Software released it as user-supported software, free to copy, with a contribution asked of those who liked it.

How to set it up

  1. Install DOSBox Staging or another DOS emulator.
  2. Unzip the download into a folder of its own.
  3. Start DOSBox Staging and type mount c "<folder>\dnd", where <folder> is where you unzipped the download, then c:.
  4. Type DND.EXE to start the game.
