Chart Wars is a music industry simulation. You run a record company, sign artists, release singles and albums and try to top the charts ahead of the rival labels. It comes with an editor for the artists and charts.

Rob Cooper wrote it for Osiris Games. This is version 1.2 from 2001.

## How to set it up

1. Install [DOSBox Staging](/microsoft/ms-dos/emulator/dosboxstaging/) or another DOS emulator.
2. Unzip the download into a folder of its own.
3. Start DOSBox Staging and type `mount c "<folder>\chartwar"`, where `<folder>` is where you unzipped the download, then `c:`.
4. Type `CHARTWAR.EXE` to start the game.
