Castle Master is a first-person adventure in solid 3D, built with Incentive's Freescape engine. You play a prince or princess who breaks into Castle Eternity to rescue a twin held by the spirit Magister, searching rooms, solving puzzles and fighting off spirits.

It came out in 1990, and the PC version has separate programs for EGA, CGA, Tandy and Hercules displays.

## How to set it up

1. Install [DOSBox Staging](/microsoft/ms-dos/emulator/dosboxstaging/) or another DOS emulator.
2. Unzip the download into a folder of its own.
3. Start DOSBox Staging and type `mount c "<folder>\cmaster"`, where `<folder>` is where you unzipped the download, then `c:`.
4. Type `CASTLE.EXE` to start the game.
