C-Dogs is a top-down action game for one or two players. You work through missions on large maps, picking up keys, objectives and better weapons, and two players can share the screen in co-op or a deathmatch. It is the sequel to Cyberdogs.

Ronny Wester released it as freeware and later published its source code, which lives on as C-Dogs SDL.

## How to set it up

1. Install [DOSBox Staging](/microsoft/ms-dos/emulator/dosboxstaging/) or another DOS emulator.
2. Unzip the download into a folder of its own.
3. Start DOSBox Staging and type `mount c "<folder>\cdogs"`, where `<folder>` is where you unzipped the download, then `c:`.
4. Type `CDOGS.EXE` to start the game.
