Beyond the Titanic

Beyond the Titanic is a text adventure in which you survive the sinking of the Titanic only to find yourself somewhere much stranger. It was the first game Scott Miller sold, before he founded Apogee.

3D Realms released it as freeware, with its source code, in 2009.

How to set it up

1. Install DOSBox Staging or another DOS emulator.
2. Unzip the download into a folder of its own.
3. Start DOSBox Staging and type mount c "<folder>\titanic_free", where <folder> is where you unzipped the download, then c:.
4. Type BEYOND.COM to start the game.
