The Adventure Fun-Pak and Puzzle Pack are two of the earliest Apogee releases, from before the company's famous platform games. They collect small text-mode games such as maze, rescue and word puzzles, each started from its own menu.

Apogee has since made them freeware. Run `ADV-MENU.COM` in the `ADVPACK` folder for the adventure games, or `PUZ-MENU.COM` in `PUZPACK` for the puzzles.

## How to set it up

1. Install [DOSBox Staging](/microsoft/ms-dos/emulator/dosboxstaging/) or another DOS emulator.
2. Unzip the download into a folder of its own.
3. Start DOSBox Staging and type `mount c "<folder>\apogee-adventure-game-pack\ADVPACK"`, where `<folder>` is where you unzipped the download, then `c:`.
4. Type `ADV-MENU.COM` to start the game.
